Solved Trial Pro/Ent License

Good day,

I would like to install a trial license for a client for 3 days, I keep getting a standard trial license.

I cant show them the features they want if they get standard edition i will not be able to show them the features.

I will greatly appreciate a way in which i can get a pro trial license.

Normally, a brand new license will give you 40-days trial of Pro, then 1 year of Std 16SC, then Std 8SC.

No, it won't be 3 days, it's 40.

If you keep getting a Standard, you must be using the same email everytime, which will send you the same license everytime, which is probably on its free mode now.

We are a partner I am doing a PoC for them to come and see what 3CX can do then i can sell the system.
I keep getting a standard license I am being asked to log into to a portal and am getting Standard license one that is expiring in 2023, Not the 40 day one... Kindly assist

You can POC a license to any version and size. For assistance, you can contact your sales contact or our partner service team.

The 40 day PRO part has been removed, now it is a normal Standard License key which can be converted by partners into a POC, which then be any license type/size for up to 40 days.

Really? That's new! I didn't know. I generated a license in my portal, and got the trial of Pro automatically. Is that still expected and only the public form will no longer give the trial?

Depending on when you generated the key, it has been changed very recently.

@Quest4Voice you can try for free any version for a period of time. Connect with one of our 3CX Partners, they can approve your "Proof Of Concept" request and you can test our solution.

I am also very interested in this, I am unable to obtain a Pro trail license for my customer. So the PRO trial license for 40 days will be completely stopped, right? Or is there a way for us to obtain this Pro trial license?

I am also very interested in this issue, yesterday I created a test license for my customer and had a similar situation also: the Standard edition. I want to ask how can I create Pro and Ent licenses for my customers to test?

You can request a POC via the partner portal. You should have received an email from your account manager about this. Any questions like this should be going to the partner support team or account manager anyways, not posted here in the forums.
