Trouble loading custom CRM template on V20.0 Update 0

Hello there,

I am experiencing problems loading the wizard-generated XML template as a new CRM template to the console. I am prompted to select the file, but on load the whole site reloads and nothing is actually loaded into the console. Is anyone experiencing the same? I am running version V20.0 Update 0 (Build 1494).

Your XML file is probably invalid. The generator hasn't been updated yet for the new scenarios and variables from the few recent versions.

Thanks for your reply! Even thout it was created with the wizard, you think so? Do you use any specific XML validator you might share?

I use Notepad++ to create them, never the wizard, so it's hard to say.

I simply use this to validate the final XML: https://www.xmlvalidation.com/

[SOLVED]: I confirm it had to do with a faulty template.
Thank you for your support, yes, I do prefer editing via XML directly. Just didn't really know how to start and get all the options right, as it is my first. Managed to do it though!

Can you share with me the invalid template that was generated by the tool? This might be a bug that needs to be fixed. Thanks.
