Solved Trouble with Yealink EXP40 extension

On the latest 3CX and latest Yealink firmware, the EXP40 extension does not function properly. The buttons on page 1 work Ok, but the unit does not allow page 2 to display at all. When I push the button for page 2, it flashes but then reverts back to page 1.

Has anyone else seen this?

Hello, it seems my template was bad. Restoring an older template to the phone resolves the issue. Sorry for the bad alert on my part, and thanks for your help.
