Trunk and extension disapperead after restore backup

Good evening everyone. I just installed 3cx on a new 2019 server. Old backup restored. No mistake, I just lost the trunks, extensions, and all extensions. The version is 16.0.8.9. Installed on both servers. Also tried from the command line but I have the usual error. Backed up, complete. and partial, but the problem persists, the trunks, and extensions have disappeared.

Sounds like either the backup was from a really old version, or you had a bad backup. Can you take another backup or do you have another backup to test? I've never had any issues restoring backups.

Also, do make sure that the destination machine has enough disk space in case the backup you are restoring is large in size.

My old machine was a windows 7, with a local network card on address 192.168.1.X
The new one is a windows server 2019 with network card with address 192.168.0.X.
The backup is complete, and I safely extract it. I try to make a backup without registration.
