trunk and vlan

hello,

i've 2 vlan in my office, vlan10 for the data and vlan60 for VOIP.

the 3cx pbx is located in vlan60 with IP 192.168.1.2

so to connect the phone on the switch, i've configure the interface switch with the both vlan in trunk.

the wan interface is configure in vlan 60 and the 3cx see him. I add the phone to the internal extension., the phone restart.

my problem is: the yealink loose his interfaces configuration and get an IP in the vlan10 !

how can i solve this point ?

You may need to modify provisioning template in the VLAN part.

This is based on the phones that use the yealinkT4x templates but is similar to all the yealinks.

Go to /Setttings/Templates
Select your template from the dropdown
Hit the Copy button and name the template i.e. yealinkT4x_Vlan60
Edit the template (You cannot do this from the console, you need to use notepad+ or similar for windows or winscp or similar for Linux)
Change the following lines:

network.vlan.internet_port_enable = 0
network.vlan.internet_port_vid =

to

network.vlan.internet_port_enable = 1
network.vlan.internet_port_vid = 60

Remove the phone and add it back in using the new template name.

Hold the OK button on the phone for 10 seconds to factory reset.

The phone will boot on the normal vlan, download the configuration info, and then reboot again with the new vlan.

Go into the phone and enter the provisioning link in settings/auto provision/server URL

reboot the phone

Under Linux you can find them at

/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Interface/provisioning/"provisioning folder name"/CustomTemplates/phones
