3cx on premise professional license I am creating a sip trunk voip operator achanto. IP address authentication without password. port 5070 I created exit rule and port forwarding rule. I create the trunk and I don't see any outgoing or incoming logs. I connect to 3cx debian. I perform a telnet on the voip IP 5070 and the traffic appears. It seems like you don't even try to establish the trunk?

Hello,

For port 5070, you don’t need to set up port forwarding. You just need to allow outgoing traffic.

The port 5060 is essential, and disabling SIP ALG is also necessary as it can cause erratic behaviors. Are you sure your network configuration is correct? If yes, restart your router… and run another firewall checker.

It’s crucial that everything is green; otherwise, it’s pointless to look further.

The Firewall Checker is highly reliable. Unless you’ve restricted specific geographic regions or incoming and outgoing IPs. If the Firewall Checker says it’s not working, then it won’t work.

You're right, the problem is with the firewall, we're checking. At the end, I'll update the post with the procedures for Endian Firewall. In the meantime, thanks for the support

We are still trying to resolve the firewall issue the checker keeps returning failed port 5060 and sip alg. The calls work in both directions for outgoing calls I had to fill in the authentication field indicating the main number while for incoming calls I had to put +39 Italy in front of the numbers.
