Hello,

I'm trying to get a Aastra 5370ip Phone to work with 3CX. The server is running on the server vlan and the phone is in the client vlan.

The only option in the phone menu that I get and changed are.:
DNS_Server *changed to DNS server ip*
PBX_Address *changed to the 3CX Server ip*
SIP_Port_PBX *changed to 5060*
SIP_Port_Phone *changed to 5060*
User_Phone_Number *changed to auth.-id*
User_Password *filled in the extension pasword*

But I still get registration failed on the Phone.

Kind regards,

With vlan setting, can the phone vlan connect to the server vlan

On the extension, has you unticked 'Disallow use of extension outside the LAN' on the option tab within the console.

Thanks for your replie

The phone and server vlan can connect both ways.
Yes, I unchecked the 'Disallow use of extension outside the LAN' within the extension settings on the 3cx management console.

The fields you mention do not seem to be the same as that for Aastras that I have.

In the line 1 configuration -

Phone number = extension number
Authentication name = authentication ID (may be extension number or 3cx generated depending on version)
Password = Password
Proxy server = 3CX IP
Proxy port = 5060
Registrar server = 3CX IP
Registrar port = 5060

You may also need to check and see if the phone IP got blacklisted in the meantime and if so....remove.

Do you see any registration attempts in the PBX log? Is the phone IP blacklisted by any chance?
