Solved Twilio Outbound

Hi all, just wondering if I was able to get some help on calling outbound using twilio.

I live in australia so the country code is +61 but im confused on how I'd setup outbound rules for this.

I also have two extensions that i'm calling within 3cx (601, 000) and they don't seem to be able to call eachother.

Any help would be appreciated!

For Twilio i would recommend having a look at the guide prepared for getting Twilio working

However since the extensions cannot call each other then that would suggest a different issue.
Do you get an error when trying a call between extensions? Also some more information regarding the installation would be useful. Is this a local installation or a hosted one? Are the extensions local to the server? Are you using ip phones or 3CX clients?

Hi there, I've tried to follow the twilio trunking guide but to no avail.

There's no error, just dialling and then declined. I'm using 3CX clients. This automatically setup using google cloud.

Edit: I cant call anything from the clients at all, not even the queues etc.
Edit 2: I rebooted and i can call things now, but still not outbound.

Glad to see that internal calls now work. Do you have an outbound rule in place so that calls can go out? If so does that match the number you are trying to dial?

I added my previous outbound rules in place and they are working now, all it needed was a reboot! I was trying to figure out why nothing was working for ages!
