I have just updated from 18 - 20 and my Twillio trunks just do not seem to be able to connect to the 3CX Phone System.

I am getting 2 errors from the Twillio Error logs
11200 - HTTP retrieval failure
32011 - Error communicating with your SIP communications infrastructure

I have placed all the Twillio IP Addresses in Whitelist
I have updated the IP Access Control Lists & Credentials to reflect the new Admin Username & Password
But the calls just do not seem to be able to reach the PBX - The Sip trunks are showing green in the PBX

Please Help -

Hi @Yilmaz

Do you have problems with receiving calls or making calls as well? If you have multiple WAN IPs make sure 3CX is using the correct one and your FQDN resolves to the correct IP.
Also check your origination URI in the Twilio portal as that is what Twilio uses to send calls to your PBX.

its both incoming and outgoing, I used AWS Snapshot while making upgrade, While on Version 18 all was well then when upgraded to V20 something changed and not getting any connection cant make or receive calls.

Is your FQDN and public IP the same as before?

Twillio Support have said they are getting a 503 error

I have allowed the Twillio IP addresses in the PBX,

Check that all your services are started. You can do so from the Dashboard / Services. If something is not started then try to start it manually. 503 service unavailable usually means that some component is not working.

But my other Generic SIp trunk is working I have restarted Services Still nothing

What was the issue in the end?
The NIC changed there was a red warning in the system but because my other trunks worked I ignored it

I changed the network address and it started to work
