HI,

we have two DID-Number thru the same sipgate trunk (867)

867 und 8671

I have set up the trunk and have added both numbers in the trunk settings. I see both of them at the ingoing rules.
If I try to create two rules to forward the two number on different extension, they are busy. Likely because only one port is available: 867

At other sipgate trunk, having only one DID number, i have no problem!

Can somebody tell me, how to achieve that both DID Number can be used differently?

I have enclosed some screenshots.

Thank you for your help.

I.

Numbers 867 and 8671 are not valid, as they are conflicting -- calls to 8671 should be accepted like calls to 867.
Seeing such numbers into logs means the provider is transmitting extra digits dialed by caller. If this is happening to you, rather define the DDI number as 867* (wildcard).
