Unable to access 3cx Management Console

Hi Everyone,

I am very new to 3cx. I am currently unable to access the management console URL or IP. The host is Google Cloud. The error is 'site cannot be reached'. Can someone please help this newbie out?

Hi Eric,

Is this hosted on your own google cloud instance?

If so, can you ensure the machine is up and running and SSH into it at least?
