Unable to activate licence maintenance

Hi,

My maintenance license has expired. My reseller have confirmed that the license has been renewed.

I have tried changing the DNS, flush the DNS, restart the server but still no luck.

Can I get any advise? - I have a feeling that the license is still not active on 3cx end.

Just confirming, what version of 3CX are you running?

Anything below Verison 15.5 SP6 will no longer activate no matter the Licence status.

That explains it - I have version 15.0.59381.

I hold the upgrade because when I was in the previous version everything was working fine such as the template etc. Upgrading to 15 caused a lot of issues which is why I opted not to update anything again.

Also curious that your reseller didn't advise you of that fact that you needed to be on SP6.

Version 14 -> Verison 15 was a big change, so I can understand the reservations.

Since V15 the interface and provisioning has remained similar, so you should be ok to upgrade to the latest.
