Unable to add DID Logic SIP

When i try to add DIDLogic as SIP Provider i get the following error message from the logs:

23-Mrz-2015 15:35:22.789   [CM504005]: Registration failed for: Lc:10000(@DID Logic[<sip:[email protected]:5060>]); Cause: Cause: 401 Unauthorized/REGISTER from 178.63.143.236:506

please give a call to this Provider, as message 401 Unauthorized/REGISTER from 178.63.143.236 comes from their side.
Tell them to clarify the reason they send this message to the PBX side.
