Unable to add Extensions on yealink Base Station W60B (stun)

Hello,
I have installed a new 3cx server, I want to connect my phones using STUN.
I do not have any problems connecting my softphone and my phones, I can connect my yealink w60b base station to 3CX (latest firmware installed, it appears in) but I can not provision extensions, I get this error: not registered
My configuration:
registered name = user name of the phone
username = extension
password
I do not even see a connection attempt on the 3cx server (I changed dns name by ip not better)
I think the configuration of my firewall is ok otherwise my phones would not work.
I tried to reset the base dect to provision but nothing works
Has anyone managed this configuration with the model yeallink w60b? do you have an idea ?

Please make sure that you follow the steps in the following guide correctly to ensure that base is correctly configured.

Once the base is connected follow the next guide to register the handsets.
