I have issues with calling Malaysian numbers using 3cx, getting Temporarily unavailable msg, someone please advice on this case

Please see the details below

3CX Version >> latest version installed
Server OS, e.g. Debian 9
>Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where?
It is our own server and I have root access to the server.
Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES

Not enough information.- who is the provider ? have you got an outbound rule setup for these types of calls ? does your provider support calls to this country - could they be blocking on the platform.

If you run a Wireshark capture or Verbose logging you can easily tell whether this is a 3CX issue or provider - I normally PCAP Trace, go to Telephony > VoIP calls and see if you are getting 2 call legs or one for this call - if 2 you can see the response coming back from the provider.

Hi,

There are outbound rules for these calls and our provider support call to Malaysia.
It was working fine couple of hours go, issues happened suddenly

Then you will have to run a capture and analyze it to see what the provider replies when you send a call out.

You can also start by looking at the logs (in Verbose mode)

If you are getting a Temporarily unavailable message coming from your provider (3CX Activity Log will verify this), then you'd best speak to your provider. Perhaps they are having issues with routing the call.

Hi Perez,
As a first step run the Wireshark tool on the PBX and check the SIP response from the provider.
