Unable to change system prompt

Hi, running into an issue changing the system prompts for dial by name/dial by last name:

1. In manage prompt sets I copied the prompt set and set the new one active.
2. I converted the prompts to the proper format and uploaded
3. I restarted, the system still had the old prompts
4. If I go back into manage prompt sets and download the prompts - they are the ones I uploaded.

Any thoughts on what to try next? thanks in advance-

Hello,

The system picks up the currently active prompt set when a digital receptionist is created.

You now need to select the new prompt set in your existing digital receptionist IVR, otherwise it will keep using the old one defined when it was originally created.
