Similar issues here. Android oreo phone used to work on LAN wifi. Upgraded to latest 3cx android client and it won't connect. I've already verified all server, network, wifi, and client settings mentioned in the above posts. I've tested 2 windows clients and 2 ios clients, both work perfectly fine on the LAN wifi network. I can even autoprovision those windows and ios devices via the welcome email and/or qr code. The android doesn't seem to properly work no matter what I do. I've tried an erase, reinstall, reprovision, I've tried hard-setting the local lan IP address of the server in the android client, etc. The andoid 3cx client will not properly/fully provision with qr code or welcome mail. I see the android device in 3cx and it says provisioned, but, the client does not properly show presence, recents, or messages and it constantly reports as "disconnected waiting for network" with a grey square status icon. BUT, it also reports as "on hook" and can take and make calls. It shows up in my phones list of 3cx server with the right IP address and hardcoded 020000000000 mac address. I can properly ping and tracert to the server's IP AND the server's 3cx FQDN from the phone. I can also successfully access the server's web manager and webclient portals from chrome on the android phone using the server's local IP or the 3cx FQDN. Really looks like an app-specific issue at first blush.
