I have spun up a VM in Vultr using the 3CX Debian 12 from Vultr Marketplace. When I got to upload a new configuration file from 3CX, I get an error saying that "You've exceeded the maximum amount of free subscriptions for this installation type" on Self Hosted, On Premise and 3CX Hosted. The only option available is 3CX SMB Free which I don't want, I want to choose Self Hosted.
