Hey guys,

My recent installation of 3CX was going well until now... For a reason I ignore, my Secure SIP (under Settings -> Security) is disabled and there's nothing in both fields.

What's weird is when I try to enable it, it saves and does nothing. When I come back, it's still disabled.

Have anyone ever had this issue?

Yes, everyone who's done exactly what you did has the same issue. Did you read this guide by any chance?

https://www.3cx.com/docs/secure-sip/

Also, there aren't any 3CX supported trunk providers that I know of that support TLS it so it's mostly just an academic exercise. Also, the setup, at least with 3CX, is too tedious to be worth doing if you really are security conscious. 3CX has stated they are re-working the TLS support.

Yes I did read the guide but as you can see, it is deprecated.

My interest is more of using Secure SIP internally. My trunk doesn't support SIPS but does support SRTP.

I guess you have your answer then.

It should still let you save but you'd need to actually put certificate information in there. You don't mention doing that so that's probably why it's not saving correctly
