Solved Unable to login to management console

• I have 3cx Pro Hosted with 3cx itself.
• Last day i updated the software to new version
• my managenet console was https://onlineportal.3cx.com.au and now i can not login, it says wrong password. i try to reset but no emails comes in inbox plz help how to login in the management console thanks

You need to log in as the system owner extension number.

If the email address was in use on multiple extensions 3CX won't send a password reset email.
