Unable to make outbound calls BroadVoice

I can receive inbound calls, but outbound calls fails. here is my check list:

* registrar: sip.broadvoice.com:5060
* outbound proxy: proxy.mia.broadvoice.com:5060
* registration for both in-outbound
* firewall tests passed

server status:

Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(34): Call is terminated
Call::RouteFailed [CM503014]: Call(34): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected]:5060] failed. Reason: Not Registered
23:26:17.203 Call::RouteFailed
[CM503014]: Call(34): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected]:5060] failed. Reason: Not Registered

it looks like the registration is failing for outbound calls. I can configure xlite or any soft phone to make outbound calls.

Any ideas on what i need to test? Any help will is appreciated.

i had to configure my lynksis router. followed the directions on the URL: https://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/linksys-router-configuration/ - new link

now i get a different error:
