Solved Unable to make outbound calls [UK]

Hello!

I have set up my SIP Trunk with supported provider Twilio with a UK Number, I have also used the trunk hostname as their EU hostname to reduce latency.

Authentication is IP Based.

Turned off E164 Processing (https://www.3cx.com/docs/twilio-elastic-sip-trunking/)

In Twilio I have whitelisted the Public (Static) IP Address

I created an outbound rule for any numbers starting 01,02,03,07,08 to use my Twilio route, strip "0" and prepend +44.

I can receive inbound calls, but not make outbound calls.

Just a quick edit, I swapped my calls starting with prefix to length of 7,10-11.

I can dial a number so long as I do not type 0 before.

Is there a way to fix this?
