Hosted systems are always on the latest stable version, which is currently Update 3. Update 4, which your backup is, will be loaded onto the hosted systems when it is released as stable. It is currently still in Alpha.

You can deploy a clean install of Version 20 in 3CX Hosted, then upgrade manually to update 4, as you were on your self hosted, and then restore your existing backup through the Admin console.

What about the alternative port? I need to restore and it's going to bring the system to using 5001 for HTTPS.
