Good Morning All,
I have an office with about 10 Snom 710 phones and we will be eventually be moving them all to 3CX.
We have v15.5 in Azure with PBXExpress and a SBC on the lan.
I have a Yealink T48S that auto provisioned with no problems, but this is a loan phone whilst i demo 3cx to a customer of ours. We wont have it for very long.
I am trying to provision the 710's but im struggling somewhat.
I have factory reset one handset and updated the firmware to the latest one provided by 3CX
the PBX shows the phone IP via SBC IP, i click the phone and assign an extension.
the provisioning method is 3CX SBC (Remote)
Mac address is populated and matches the device.
IP of SBC is correct.
nothing else appears out of place,
Disallow use of extension outside the LAN and Block Remote Tunnel Connections are unticked, because i was also trying to use this as a stun device, which also doesnt work after following the guide.
I tried to put the logins into the phones web interface and manually reboot the phone. the phone just sits at not registered.
I dont see any entries in the event log when trying to provision via SBC, no confirmations that it completed successfully, and no failure messages either, like you would get with STUN.
Can anyone offer any suggestions to try?
Thanks.
