Unable to reach 3CX License Activation Server

Does anyone can reach out to "activate.3cx.com"?

When we try to refresh the License key, it won't get refresh and prompts the below error message.

Actually, this case only happing for versions 18.0.7.312 and minor. Can you explain why?
