Our Setup:
Phones are seemingly disconnecting when a transfer isn't answered, so an attended or blind transferee cannot pick a call back up. There’s a cable connected icon on these phones that will intermittently show as missing cable for less than a second. We ARE able to blind transfer and pick up. Any attempt to get the caller back is unsuccessful
We’ve tried the "Transfer Back on Busy" with *3* and 10 second call back, and this disconnects too, the phone that gets the attempted transfer also has a different ringtone than normal if this helps?
This happens when transferring internal or external calls, on the App, and on the Grand Stream phones. This also happens on android devices that are not connected to the LAN, but internet at a different site.
Any help or information of where to look, would be greatly appreciated.
