Solved Unable to Receive Incoming call

I recently reset the router, now I am not able to receive phone call, but I am able to call out, I can hear anything, but they are able to hear me.

I've Run Firewall check

• resolving 'stun.3cx.com'... failed
• resolving 'stun2.3cx.com'... failed
• resolving 'stun3.3cx.com'... failed
• resolving 'sip-alg-detector.3cx.com'... failed

I've opened all the ports, see attached image.
And turn off SIP service port.
But still the same, any help will be greatly appreciated

I manage to fix it by changing the DNS on the router to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1
Now the firewall checks out but

detecting SIP ALG... failed

So I am still not able to receive calls

Did you try disabling the SIP helper? https://support.onsip.com/hc/en-us/articles/209731748-Mikrotik-SIP-ALG-SIP-Helper

Thanks for the reply,
I did disable that.

The strange thing is I did multiple firewall test the result all came out different.
Sometimes 5060 port in fine, sometimes it's not.
