We are having issues with not being able to receive 3CX voicemail emails to our email addresses on domain pukemirokura.school.nz, but we are receiving welcome emails from 3CX, and if we change the email to a different domain's email, the voicemail emails will come through. We can't see the 3CX emails hitting our mail system at all.
We are using the 3CX SMTP server, and the issue looks a bit like other threads about our domain being on the 3CX SMTP Bouncelist.
Are there any 3CX support techs that can please check if our domain is on that bouncelist?
