Hi NicholasP,A call is only considered as abandoned for a queue when the Caller hangs up, or the call goes to the destination if no answer.
This is how it is designed.

Speaker notes:
When a call comes to the Queue and rings an agent’s phone but doesn't get answered, this will not be registered as a missed call on the extension individually as it happens in the Ring Group.
This will be shown in the 3CX App for Windows and Web Client, under Call History. There is a separate section called “Abandoned”, where all abandoned queue calls can be seen.
In the Switchboard, you will be able to see the total number of Abandoned Calls of the queues, both individually and as a whole.
A call is considered abandoned if a call reaches the Destination if no Answer, or if the caller hangs up the call before it can be answered by an agent.
Hi,is the call finally answered by someone? if so, then I suppose logically this in not an abandonned call in way 3cx consider it
