Unidentified Incoming Call

Hi,

We have a 3CX could system , with SIP truck configured to forword all the incoming call to an external number based on the caller ID , last week every thing working grate , this monday we are facing this error message :

all the IP address were add as Allow , but we still receiving the same message

Can you please advise for this situation .

@Outsourcing as a frist step if the numbers on the FROM and the TO are real, remove them from the thread.
Also as I can see this has " User-Agent: CMSBC " . Who is the provider you are using ?
Is this a Generic one ?
Also ensure that the TO that the Provider sends exists as a DID on the PBX side with the same format.

Hi, all sensitive information were masked , the provider is CM.com
