Unifi UVP will reg, but not provision

Good afternoon,

I have a Unifi phone offsite I'm trying to add to our 15.5, fully updated system. I have Yealink's T42G's offsite the reg and provision without issue. Opened port 5060 on the Unifi phone's local router. All the data isn't getting to the phone and BLF's aren't working with 3cx.
Any thoughts?

Ok so provisioning is the process of getting the necessary configuration information from the PBX into the phone, either manually by entering the information in via the phone menu or web interface or automatically by RPS or DHCP option. Registration is the process of the phone reaching out to the PBX and authenticating which you could confirm by seeing the phone listed in 3CX. You are saying it is registering but not provisioning but I'm not sure you are using the terms correctly. What exactly is/isn't working?

Please note that since the device you are using is not supported it cannot be provisioned through the PBX. You will need to manually add the information into the phone in order to get it to work as no template is included in the PBX for this device.

Is there a mock template I can work with for Unifi?
