Solved unique and first router phone

Hello,
I'm installing a new SMB20 PRO and i'd like to add as router phone a Fanvil X5U-V2.
That phone will be the first set and for now the unique deskphone on the SMB.

So what are the steps to follow and do you have a link to a 3CX guide ?

This is a very simple process https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/fanvil-x3-x5/

Just add the phone to the user
Connect Directly
Connect the phone in the network. Reset if it is an existing one

The phone will provision and reboot and connect!

Hi ,
Do I need to check phone firmware previous to install it ?
Even if I have no other phone and no SBC, i need to install as you let me know?
Because I read the 3CX guide but it ask for an SBC so this is the story of egg and chicken who's first ?
