Unique Holiday for more Departments

We have by almost all out clients this case:

- A site with 3 Departments (Sales, Workshop and client customer center). They have three different Office Hour but works on the sime adress, that means they have the same holidays.

I really need to create three holidays each time? Some client have five or more departments.

There are some workaround or plans to have a global holiday?

Regarding your question, and from the mention of departments, this is referring to V20, where the office hours and holidays need to be set per department.

And how about CFD ? Can I check if is a Holiday and than transfer to the group/IVR/whatever?

If yes, can I with CFD check if is a holiday for a group? this function in CFD it was for a global holiday, how works now?

Yes you can use the Date & Time Condition in CFD.

Great! But without global Office Hours, CFD looks which group ? or can I define a group to check?

It will check the global office hours so in this case the default.
