Unknown Caller displayed when calling outbound

Hello,

I have a DID from DID World Wide. I'm using GRNVoIP as my VoIP Terminator.

Regarding Caller ID, when incoming calls are received, the caller ID is displayed.

When I call out however, the person I am calling sees "Unknown Caller".

When I change the settings in my 3CX Phone System, under GRNVoIP, in the section "Caller-ID is in 'user' part of..." to "From", the Caller ID is now shown. When I change it to anything else, such as "To", a Caller ID is shown, but not my number. I think it is the local termination number.

Is there anyway to override this or have 3CX accept my user-defined Caller ID?

For user-defined Caller ID, V5 can do.
