Unregister Etisalat SIP Trunk / UAE With 3CX

Hello all,
My telecome provider etisalat / UAE has installed a sip trunk in my office. i use 3CX.
the trunk works perfectly with xlite however i cant seem to be able to register using 3CX
these are the settings for xlite.

User ID: +9714XXXXXXX
Password: Password
Domain Name: YYYY.etisalat.ae
Proxy Address: ZZZZZZZ.etisalat.ae
Authorization Name: [email protected]

inside topology:
range of ports used for signaling :5060-5061
firewall traversal: auto

i would like to get some help if possible from someone to map the Xlite configuration to a proper 3CX configuration.

How did you set the trunk in 3CX ? from generic template ?

We found that the sip trunk will not register without the authorization name, i tried to use the the id and the authorization name at the username but the trunk keep showing failed to register and if i tried to use authentication ad ip address it will show green on 3cx but can’t receive or make calls

i would like to get some help if possible from someone to map the Xlite configuration to a proper 3CX configuration.
