unsupported media

Hi
I have successfully set up installed an account and works great - on setting up another - I get the error when dialling
unsupported media

Any help gratefully recieved

Sounds like a Codec issue. Be sure that the Codec that you are trying to use is supported.

I found that Broadvox will hate your call if you do not disable video on the VoIP provider config.. as an example.
When we work from home/remote and fire up 3CX Phone for Windows, we use webcam capability.

Nexvortex did not seem to care.. though the calls would not negotiate video anyway on external calls (not that I cared..).
