Hi

I am trying to auto provisioning the unsupported phones using 3cx. I created the template but provisioning link says not available.

I went through the forums and found a suggestion after added the template restart the Management console services. I tried and issue remains the same.

We are having almost 20 - 25 phones and we cannot change at the moment with the supported phones. i need to fix this somehow.

Hereby i am attaching my template and phone config file.

3CX Version: PRO 15.5.5.15502.6
Phone Model: Avantec PHA20ND

We don't required all the features supported by phone but basic provision is fine. Like the caller name display, extension added to 3cx phonebook.

Appreciate your time and help

K'nd regards,
Anwar

If they require a provisioning file, and can't be accessed with a GUI, then I would contact the manufacturer to see if they have one available, that can be downloaded. Some of the on-line literature from them does mention that their sets are compatible with 3CX (which may simply mean they are SIP compliant), but it doesn't hurt to ask.

I have the same problem!!! My provisionning link doesn't appear when using custom templates. I tried rebooting the entire system but it didn't do it.

Will give a try. Thanks for your suggestion.

Can you actually confirm if access to the link via GUI or not ? Manufacturer support as stated would be the best option if you cannot.

If you can, most phones however have a logging mechanism, you could run the logging and see if it gives you any clues as to why the provisioning file wont take.
