I use both the 3CX Desktop App as well as 3CX for Windows. I use the Yealink WH62 headset. I have noticed that whenever I enable headset integration I run into problems. The headset takes up to 10 seconds to actually connect the call. This only happens when picking up a call using the headset.

Does this happen on all PCs?

What AV is on the computer?

Try it is incognito?

It does happen on all PC's. We use Sentinel One and Huntress.

We are having the same issue in our organisation. However, it happens when answering from either the software or the headset. We run a standard operating environment and it happens for some users and not others. We are still troubleshooting the issue to try and determine what is causing it.

Do you have the same problem when you call *777?

We have the same issue, but only with the Yealink WH62 headsets. Other brand/model headsets are fine. Ironically, the fix for our users is to use the webclient instead of the Desktop App. We've also found that having a physical handset connected simultaneously is related. Remove the physical handset and the problem goes away. Yet to test if this is only when the PC that the headset is connected to is connected to the network via the phone handset, or whether that doesn't matter. Will update in a few days after further testing.

I have found that disabling headset integration in the 3CX desktop application also solves the issue.

We encounter the same issue here, with Yealink WH62 headset connected to the Windows Desktop App... Disabling the headset integration is not a long-term solution, we cannot pick up calls with the headset button if integration is off!

No physical handset used... But sometimes 3CX on Android in parallel with Windows Desktop App.

Has anyone resolved this
We are having similar issues.

Using the desktop app. answer calls then can have a lag / delay up to 10 - 15 seconds or the call just drops
Yealink WH62

It seems that the latest firmware (November 2022) for the headset has fixed the issue.

Here after recently updating the firmware, we are unable to pick up calls with headset button...

Will check later we really have the very last version.

@doncol you're right, problem seems to be solved with very last Yealink firmware version.

And now it seems that firmware (November 2022) has been removed by Yealink.
