If this happens on every incoming call and is easy to replicate, contact me via PM so we can do a short TeamViewer session to gather some logs and try and see what might be causing this.
I reprovisioned the application, made about 10 calls and was not able to reproduce the problem.

Hi 3CX

Do we have any idea of when the Linux update 3 will be released for production as I was attempting to migrate a user from an up to date windows instance to Linux a few days ago and was unable to as the backup file version superseded the latest available Linux installer version.

Early next week hopefully

Thanks Nick, thats great news!!

Wow Nick that was quick :) Appreciate it!

Does that mean the installer on our portals has also been updated or am I jumping the gun? Also are the 2 WIN and Linux in sync, meaning I can update the WIN server today and take a backup to install on a Linux box?

Yep!
V18 U3 was actually released a few hours ago:

And yes, the Windows Installer for V18 U3 is already available for download in the Customer Portal and slowly all your 3CX installations, Windows and Linux, should start seeing them any time soon, if not already.

Are you using any new Intel laptop's by any chance? we have noticed the intel "AI sound technology drivers" to crash intermittantly and can cause issues with call pickups.

If teams/webmeeting or other apps work, then it isn't the same issue we have had, but something I thought I wouldgive a heads up about.

No it was not, but good to know, tnx !

For Mac you are unfortunately right, the Jabra integration is missing and is not currently available. I am not sure on the reason, but as out R&D went over this, I am guessing it might be related to some library that is missing or not available the way we do the integration.

Hi Nick,

This is a big issue for us since we have a client who is exclusively using Macs and Jabra Headsets. I've updated their instance last night to Update 3 and now their entire office is not able to utilize their Jabra Headsets. This is very crucial, as they rely on the Jabra's base station to hear incoming calls. The removal of this feature was not announced so it caught me by surprise.

Saw on a other post that jabra works on Mac’s using the web and pwa client. Just not the installed one.
