Update 3CX from v14 to v16.

Is it possible to update 3CX from version 14 SP3 to version 16.
Of course this would include making a full backup and then uninstalling and reinstalling the newest version.
Has anyone attempted this process?
Or should I upgrade to 15.5 first?
Any assistance is appreciated.

You have to upgrade to ver 15.5 first, before you can install ver 16. Direct upgrade from 14 to 15,5

If this a debian or windows installation ?

if debian, you have to upgrade the os to Stretch

14 was Windows only.

Install v15.5 sp6 - https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/3CXPhoneSystem155.exe and restore backup.

Then backup, uninstall, and reinstall with v16

Speaking of, and before you upgrade, what type of license to you currently have?
