Hi,

In the APT sources, replace bullseye with buster (also remove “-security”) and try upgrading again to see if that works (if you know how to do it that is). Make sure you take a backup/snapshot of your system before taking any action.

Otherwise, take a full 3CX backup, spawn a new machine from our Debian 12 ISO and restore it. It will probably take less time and you start fresh.

Hello again "buster" is helped but another issue:

i think clean install with restore best practice... is there can be some troubles when restoring from 18 version to 20?

Hi,

Yes the best option (and recommended way) is to start clean by deploying our Debian 12 ISO and restoring from a backup.

Prior upgrading, please go over this V20 Upgrade Checklist: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v20-upgrade-checklist-faq/ (mostly Steps 1-7)

To add to that:
- If you have Scheduled reports they need to be re-done
- DTMF IVR is not available
