Hi,

I'm aware of manually updating Yealink firmware through the Yealink interface, but it does take long when you have to update many phones. Is there a way we can readjust the templates to pull the new update or another way? my current phones version is 28.83.0.50, Yealink T46S, latest firmware is 66.84.0.35

Phones at that firmware level should provision just fine and then you can push the firmware out via 3CX.

You can select multiply phones, and click on the firmware tab, and it should upgrade them

Yes, i'm aware of that but on 3cx when going to do the firmware it doesn't show the latest firmware, it just says its updated.

If it says updated then you are on the latest firmware as far as 3CX is concerned.

Firmware 28.xx.xx.xx is for T46G and 66.xx.xx.xx is for T46S
You can not use T46G f/w and flash it in the T46S
