Solved Update on multiple calls into ring group ext's

Hello,
I have found some older posts but wanted to see if this has changed in v18 or v20. Are we still not able to get multiple calls into each ext in a ring group? I do understand if ext 200 is on a ring group call with a customer, its nice they wont be bothered by another incoming call to that ring group until they are off that call. However these clients biggest issue is what if ext 200 is on a in house call ext to ext and a customer call comes into the ring group, they dont get that call. That is a big problem. This happens all day long, for example ext 200 calls 201 to chat quick about something, customer call comes into ring group that includes 200 and 201, NEITHER of these people will know that a customer call is coming in on the ring group?? That seems crazy, no?

Thats awesome, thanks. I do have a test vm running v20 so I'll take a look. Is it pretty easy to find in the ring group settings or hiding somewhere else? Thanks again for letting me know on this, great news.

This is configurable in the Queues. You will need to activate it in the queues, and also on the agents extension to have Multiple calls active
