Update Prompts Set Error

Hello,

After an update from V18 to V20 I have 18 updates for promp set. But if I check the out of date one I got an error directly when I click on Download. Which log file report this error ?

Hello. We're running v20 with the latest stable update.
There is one update "UK English" prompt set which is failing to install. Installed 4.0.1 to available, 4.0.5.
It's been falling since our initial upgrade to v20.

If I select the update and click 'download', I am shown an error message stating, "Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator".

Does anyone have any ideas please?

I would check, if they are both similar on-prem, the folder permissions. Perhaps updating permissions to match those of a working install will be enough.

I check permissions, it's was ok, I replace all content of set from another installation and no more message for update (I will see with next update )
