Update to V15.5 failed Patton SN4114

I updated to version 15.5 last night and now my FXO gateway will not function. I have updated the SN4114 to the latest firmware version and have deleted and re-added the gateway following online instructions in 3CX with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The VOIP link on the Patton does nothing but flash.

I would format the gateway by holding the reset switch in. Then re-add the gateway to the 3CX

Have you tried generating a new config file and uploading to the gateway? Sometimes templates change across service pack versions.
