I tried updating a client's on prem system from 16.0.6.655 to 16.0.7.1078 via the admin gui. The fail shows the following log:

All of the other updates like SIP trunks and Templates work fine.

Anyone have a fix for this?

Can you explain what this additional install software repo is?

http://repos.systemmonitor.us/rmmagent/Debian_8.0

The issue is caused by this and is not a 3CX default installed package. It must be uninstalled.
Use the default 3CX ISO and do not mod it!

You also appear to be running on a very old version of Debian.

Consider how critical your 3CX system is for you, and redeploy it in a supported manner.

If this is self-hosted, you can do the following which will take care of the problem you are facing:

1. Ensure you are running version this version as a minimum (or higher): 3CX V15.5.20000.6

2. take a full 3CX Backup off of the machine for safekeeping

3. Wipe the machine or VM and start from scratch

4. Install the new OS as per our instructions here https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/

5. During the configuration wizard, choose the option to restore your backup
