Upgrade 3CX license from enterprise to enterprise+, does it give old voice recording transcription?

Hi Support,

Currently, we have a 3CX Enterprise 8SC license that is not transcribing any call recordings. If we upgrade to Enterprise+, will it transcribe the previous Call Recordings?

Not automatically but you can manually trigger them via the Recordings page, checking those you want and clicking Transcribe in the toolbar.
