Upgrade Assistance Needed V12

Afternoon All, my company has recently taken over a client that was running Version 12.0 of 3CX. I have managed to upgrade them through to version 14 but am having an issue upgrading to version 15.5 due to the FQDN for activation changing from activation.3cx.com to activate.3cx.com. Version 15.5 is the major stepping stone in the upgrade process to bring them current. Does anyone have any suggestions or input in trying to bring them current other than manually creating all the extensions, call flow rules ect.

Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/direct-upgrade-v18/ talks about upgrading from 15.5 to 18 without a restore. I don't know offhand if one can restore from 14 to 16...?
