Hi, I just checked 3 Debian 3CX installs and they are all currently running version 16.0.8.9 and when I go to updates there is nothing there or only the LetsEncrypt hotfix is listed. I was expecting to see the option to upgrade to 3CX v18/Debian 10 as I have on other systems. Need to update these, any thoughts why the upgrade option is not there? Thanks, Ed.

Same here I put a ticket in yesterday and was told:

"To let you know we are aware of an issue caused by the packages having unmet dependencies and are currently looking into this, in the meantime, we have removed the update from the management console.

Once we have resolved the issue we will re-enable the update.

If you have any with the Debian 9 to 10 update available still please do not update them. "

Hi @EddieW,

OS upgrades have been restored, you can try again whenever you'd like.

Hi VasilisV_3CX, thanks for the update and yes, I see the upgrade option again. Is there any concern with doing these right away or should we hold off? Just want to make sure there are no issues with the upgrade. Thanks, Ed.

Hi @EddieW,

I've upgraded 2 machines today and no problem. Just follow the usual process and all should be good!
