Upgrade from V18 to V20 options is not available for Windows

Hi, we’d like to upgrade our Windows version of 3CX from v18 to v20, but on the console update page, the button isn’t available, and it states that we are up to date. Could you confirm if v20 is officially available for Windows? If so, is there any documentation or guide we can follow?

It is since 20u2 but the version upgrade path for Windows is to uninstall, install, and restore your backup.

Don't forget to go through the checklist before proceeding.

The three most important items are:
1. Have a system owner account that you can access.
2. Ensure email addresses are unique. The same email address cannot be used for two extensions.
3. Move the 3CX backup out of the 3CX directory before uninstalling.

At some point certain services which are secured with certificates will stop working, so get to Version 20 as soon as you can before you get caught out.

The latest installers are in your customer portal under the Downloads page. We always provide the latest stable releases here. You will never have a Beta release there.
